Jonesboro Real Estate Blog

In Jonesboro, real estate and technology are merging more than ever. I’ve been selling real estate with my parents on The Marcom Team for only 4.5 years, yet even I have noticed a big change. It takes hours every day just to keep up with all the websites we are featured on. We have our personal website, jonesboroarkansashomes.com. Then we have featured properties on Realtor.com, realtytrac.com, remax.com. The homes show that RE/MAX does locally is all done on the internet, as well as the homes guide magazine.  I’m constantly on the computer, loading listings and updating photos. And now of course, this blogging which is new to us. Also, clients expect an answer by email immediately, so I have to have a phone which sends and receives email. These sales techniques have made it so much easier for our clients and for the agents to market homes and commercial properties, though I’m not sure the public is aware of how much work it takes. This goes to show how important it is to have a Realtor to help you buy or sell a property as opposed to doing it without one. Take advantage of a Realtor and all the marketing tools available to us!!!
