Jonesboro’s pole vault Olympic hopeful Katie Stripling should be very proud to have made it to the Olympic trials this past week. Though Katie will not be going to the Olympics she was in contention for a spot and had the experience of being in the trials. Katie is a relative newcomer to this sport and has made a name for herself in the short time she has been involved. Congratulations, Katie! mlm
