As a rule, we don’t host public houses because there are seldom leads generated. However, exceptions are made and two Sundays ago three open houses were hosted by our Team. After the hour was over at Brenda’s open house, she called me to report that the only people interested were working with Cheryl Kelton of The Kelton School of Real Estate. I immediately emailed Cheryl and as of yesterday we have a signed contract of sale, closing in September.
